The whole sales team on one screen
An 18-person sales team was run through six scattered spreadsheets that had become impossible to work in. Now the manager sees the whole team on one screen, and the system points out where to look.

01“Team pulse”: the whole team on one screen, with quality, training, CRM mistakes and who needs attention
01Before
Reps' scores lived in six Google Sheets kept by different people: the QA controller, trainers, the manager and the reps themselves. The sheets kept growing and slowing down, data was duplicated and contradictory, and pulling it into one picture was impossible. The client put it plainly: nobody can work like this, we need a different solution, fast. I proposed replacing the spreadsheets with a single control panel.
02What changed
- The whole team on one screen
scores, QA checks, training and CRM errors for every rep and team in one place.
- The dashboard shows where to look
who is slipping, on which of 9 criteria, and where opinions about a rep diverge.
- Clean data
scores go in through forms in a few clicks, with no manual sheets, duplicates or confusion.
- Feedback within 5 minutes
after a review the rep gets the breakdown in Telegram, and everyone sees only what they're allowed to see.
03How it works
- 01
A QA controller, trainer or rep fills in a short form
- 02
The system merges everything into one database and updates the metrics
- 03
The manager opens the dashboard and sees the problem
- 04
The rep gets the review in Telegram
The client said it was exactly what he had been looking for: the team is now easy to manage, with every figure in front of him.
Names and teams in the screenshots are fictional; the data is sample data.
The same approach, built for your task
Here it's a sales team. The same approach works wherever people's work is scored and compiled by hand: one database instead of scattered sheets, forms instead of typing, and a dashboard that points to the problems itself.
- 01Call centres and support
call and chat scores, response speed and mistakes for every agent and team.
- 02Branch or store networks
site audits, checklists and plan-vs-actual on one screen instead of a dozen files.
- 03Training and HR
trainings, assessments and each employee's progress and weak spots.
- 04Service and production
quality checks, defects and SOP compliance by shift and supervisor.
Show me your spreadsheets and I'll build a dashboard around your processes, roles and reports.
Under the hoodTechnical details for specialists
- A single event model
QA checks, trainings, self-reviews, meetings and CRM errors are stored as one kind of record, so any scores can be compared.
- Server-driven forms
a new criterion or activity type appears in the form with no interface changes; lookups are extended right from the form.
- Score reconciliation
different scores for the same consultation meet in one card, so a disagreement shows up instantly.
- Access and backup
login with role-based rights; the familiar Google Sheet is updated automatically.
