User Data Deletion
You may request deletion of personal data processed by StepAutomations in connection with the EASY WAY application, Google integrations, Instagram and Facebook integrations, or other StepAutomations services.
How to request deletion
Send an email to stepautomations.ai@gmail.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
Include enough information for us to identify the relevant data, such as:
- The Google Account email address used to authorize the integration.
- The relevant Google Drive, Google Sheets, or Google Docs workflow.
- The Instagram or Facebook username used to interact with us.
- The Facebook Page or Instagram account involved.
- Any other information reasonably necessary to locate the data.
What happens next
We may request limited additional information to verify that the request relates to you.
After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the request that we are required or able to delete, except where retention is necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or another lawful purpose.
A deletion request concerning data processed by StepAutomations does not necessarily delete the original files or information stored in your own Google, Meta, or other third-party account.
Disconnecting Google access
You may revoke the application’s access through https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Revoking access stops future access through that authorization. A separate deletion request may still be required for information previously processed or stored by StepAutomations.
Disconnecting Meta access
You may remove an application’s access through the relevant Facebook or Instagram settings.
Removing access stops future access through that authorization. A separate deletion request may still be required for information previously processed or stored by StepAutomations.
