Turnkey infrastructure on your own server
I install everything automation needs on your server: n8n, databases, Python services, web dashboards and websites, with HTTPS, instant alerts and one-command site updates. Your data stays with you.
In-house buildExample: my own server, which runs my products and some client systems
- On your server
- Automatic HTTPS
- One-command deploy and rollback
01Example: my own server, with sites and dashboards behind Caddy, n8n workflows, databases and services in Docker, and external APIs
01Before
Automation needs a reliable home: somewhere the workflows run, the data lives and the dashboards and websites stay up. Cloud automation platforms charge for every step and keep your data on their side, while a server “a friend set up once” is something nobody dares to update a year later.
02What changed
- Your data stays with you
everything runs on your server: databases and services sit on an internal network, and only what should be public is exposed.
- No cloud limits
your own n8n with no per-step fees or plan limits, running workflows 24/7.
- Error alerts
a workflow failure goes straight to Telegram with the step name and a link to the run.
- Risk-free updates
a new site version is checked before it goes live and the previous one stays, so rollback is one command.
03How it works
- 01
I set everything up on your server: workflows, databases, dashboards, websites
- 02
The server routes each request to the right site, dashboard or workflow
- 03
n8n and Python services do the work, and the data stays in your databases
- 04
Failure alerts arrive in Telegram
The same approach, built for your task
I'll set up the same environment on your server, and you keep full access. If that's easier for you, I can host it myself.
- 01Your own n8n
no per-step fees and no cloud plan limits; your data stays under your control.
- 02Internal dashboards
operations, reports and KPIs in a role-based web interface instead of spreadsheets.
- 03Python services
where ready-made integrations fall short: documents, scraping, calculations.
- 04Setup and support
I install it on your server and hand over all access; if you prefer, I take hosting and maintenance off your hands.
Automation should run reliably for years, so I set up the infrastructure behind it as well.
Under the hoodTechnical details for specialists
- Everything in containers
n8n, Postgres, Redis and Python services run in separate Docker containers, easy to update and move.
- An internal network
services are visible to n8n but not to the internet: only what should be public is exposed.
- One config for every site
Caddy serves all the domains and renews certificates itself; every change is checked so it can't affect neighbouring sites.
- A check after every update
every sitemap URL returns 200, missing pages return an honest 404, and redirects are permanent.
