A YouTube channel that runs itself
Upload audio and a picture, and the system builds the video, writes the copy with AI, makes the thumbnail, files it into playlists and announces it on Telegram.
In-house buildTwo live channels: music and Bible studies
- Runs every day
- 15 videos in the first month
- Posts to Telegram on its own
01Night Temple EN: videos from the first month of automation in one recognisable style
01Before
Every track meant 40–60+ minutes of routine: render the video, three separate AI chats for the title, description, tags and translation, upload, thumbnail, playlist, two comments, an mp3 with cover art for subscribers, Telegram posts. The only creative part was choosing the music and the picture.
02What changed
- A video in 5–10 minutes
instead of 40–60+ minutes of routine; only the creative part is left: picking the music and the cover.
- AI writes the copy
description, tags, translation and comments; a human reads it and says “publish”.
- One-command publishing
video, thumbnail, playlist, comments and every setting go out through the YouTube API.
- Subscribers know right away
the link goes to the Telegram channel within minutes, and the mp3 download follows the next morning.
03How it works
- 01
Upload an mp3 and two images through a form
- 02
The server builds the video, cover and thumbnail
- 03
The AI writes the copy and you say “publish”
- 04
The video is on YouTube, the announcement in Telegram
The same approach, built for your task
Here it's music and Bible studies on the “Slovo i Dukh” channel, voiced by my narration system. The same “file → finished post” setup works for any regular content.
- 01Podcasts and sermons
audio → a video with a cover, description and chapters, plus a Telegram post.
- 02Reels, Shorts and TikTok
clips cut and published on a schedule with AI captions.
- 03Courses and webinars
a recording → a video in the right playlist, with a description and links for students.
- 04Any input you like
a form, a Telegram bot, or just sending the files to your own ChatGPT or Claude.
Here it's a picture plus audio, but it can stitch videos and follow other workflows; I'll build it for your channel.
Under the hoodTechnical details for specialists
- Checks before upload
title, description and tag lengths are validated against YouTube's rules, so an upload never fails halfway.
- Duplicate protection
every video in the queue has a status, so nothing gets lost or published twice.
- Delayed delivery
the mp3 goes out to subscribers the next day on its own, in order.
